This synergistic approach has since become an indispensable cornerstone of my self-care regimen, fostering a profound sense of equilibrium and inner centering. Hi I'm Susana,
As a creative individual with a foundation in building and interior design, I am also an artist and devoted mother of two. I have an affinity for nature from childhood adventures outdoors to present-day enjoyment of painting. I lead an active lifestyle which consists of hiking, meditation, physical exercise, and yoga, all of which deeply inform my empathetic connection to people, animals, and the environment.
Driven by a profound belief in making a positive impact, I founded The Internal Essence as a personal catalyst for transformation after a challenging period in my life. Navigating single motherhood in my early forties, coupled with a protracted separation and other significant stressors, led to overwhelming anxiety and depletion. This culminated in a pivotal moment that underscored the urgent need for personal change and ultimately inspired the creation of The Internal Essence as a pathway to inner resilience and well-being.
It brings me immense gratitude to share this mindful technique, one that served as a steadfast anchor during undeniably turbulent periods in my life. Navigating those challenges, I emerged with a profound understanding of its efficacy, and it is with genuine hope that I now offer this practice as a source of solace and clarity to those who are open to exploring it.
